Septmber is Pulmonary Fibrosis awareness month, please join us for the next Pulmonary Fibrosis and Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD) Support Meeting! We welcome Lauren Nobel-Lang senior health educator for the Saskatchewan Health Authority’s Advance Care Planning Program and registered social worker, who will be guiding us through the basics of advance care planning and our available resources.
We are proud to continue our partnership with the Saskatchewan Health Authority's Live Well Pulmonary Fibrosis Program to host these support meetings.
About Lauren Nobel-Lang
Lauren Nobel-Lang is a senior health educator for the Saskatchewan Health Authority’s Advance Care Planning Program. Lauren is a registered social worker with over a decade of acute and outpatient medical social work experience prior to joining the Advance Care Planning Program in January of 2023 for its provincial development and rollout. Lauren lives in Saskatoon with her wife, two dogs, and cat and is currently working towards a Master of Social Work at the University of Regina.
